• Full payment is required before the dispatch of goods or commencement of workshops, unless otherwise agreed.
• For custom orders, a deposit may be required upfront, with the balance due upon completion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Bayani Craftworks ships products to locations within and outside the Philippines. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen during checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bayani Craftworks purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Returns for non-customized items are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
• Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship.
• Workshop fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by Bayani Craftworks or a specific refund policy is stated for the workshop.
